Case Study
The Aspire Stage One project consists of twenty apartments and nineteen townhouses located in the esteemed heritage precinct in Polaris, Bundoora. Alliance CG was selected by the developer Dealcorp to lead one of the first stages of development in the area.
The key features of the project are the existing apartment brickwork and timber windows that will be bought back to their original glory. The façade elements will be renewed in an effort to preserve the history and character of the building. Alliance CG aims to combine the existing apartment structure with the contemporary townhouses to create a vibrant and connected community.
As the project consists of new construction and refurbishment, planning and coordination of the works is critical to ensure the project is completed to a high quality standard. This is a challenge that Alliance CG is motivated and well experienced to achieve.
